Education Level Required

• Successful candidate will have a Bachelors in Computer Science or MIS
• Ideally, minimum of 2 years experience with enterprise level development

Essential Job Functions

• Interpret business requirements and implement the necessary  technology to fulfill requirements
• Serve as team member for projects at the enterprise level, analyzing existing application interfaces, schemas and data needs
• Work under an architect and code multi-environment system solutions utilizing .NET and C# or Java
  
• Work with team members to develop Web projects to exceed industry best practices
• Participate in code and design reviews·       
  

Other Requirements

• Must be a self starter
• Fundamental .NET (4.x) and SQL Server 2005/2008 skill set
• Very strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, specifically ASP.NET & C#, is required
• Enterprise level development experience is an absolute must
• Ability to work on projects with minimal guidance from Managers
  
• Demonstrate diligent work ethic and discipline to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Demonstrate proficiency in written & verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or MIS
  
• software architecture/design experience
• .NET Experience (ASP.NET & C#)  with Visual Studio .NET
• HTML, DHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Data access via ADO, ADO.NET, and SQL Server 2K, 2005 and/or 2008
  
• Writing stored procedures
• Must understand & overcome browser compatibility limitations
• Must understand and be able to execute full SDLC
• Must have strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Proven ability to work in a team environment
• Experience with various development methodologies, Java & .NET
• Experience developing applications on a Windows platform
• Ability to accomplish assigned tasks with minimal supervision

Other:

    Ideal candidate has experience with J2EE and .NET. 85% of our projects are in .NET.
